Below are sample programs that we provide:

Lauren will join you for a 60-minute virtual consultation from her kitchen to yours! This program includes options for the following:

  • Discuss specific foods in your kitchen, such as how they can be used in meals.
  • Make a meal planning schedule based on foods in your kitchen.
  • Learn basic skills such as how to roast vegetables or knife skills.
  • Make a meal together!

Note: Lauren will coordinate priorities, goals and logistics with you in advance.

WEIGHT MANAGEMENT JUMP-START [$250] This program is designed to get you started on improving your dietary habits and achieving your individual healthy weight. This package includes:

  • Initial 60-minute session and two 30-minute follow-up sessions
  • Review of medical and diet history, daily schedule, sleeping habits, activity level, family, and social life routine
  • Joint development of flexible meal and snack ideas along with education for creating balanced meals in any scenario
  • Creation of short- and long-term goals based on individual needs
  • Worksheets and exercises to enhance mindfulness
  • E-mail communications between sessions

This program is the jump-start program extended designed to provide longer-term support while making lifestyle changes.  In addition to the jump-start program, this package includes:

  • Four additional 30-minute follow-up sessions

This program is designed to start you on the path to meeting your sport performance goals, whether you are a beginner or long-time athlete. This package includes:

  • Initial 60-minute session and two 30-minute follow-up sessions
  • Full diet and medical history review
  • Thorough discussion of current training schedule and planned races/competitions
  • Joint development of a sample daily and competition/race fueling plan designed specifically to meet your dietary needs based on training type and volume
  • Supplement and sports foods recommendations as appropriate
  • E-mail communications between sessions

Boost the Sports Performance Package with a precise assessment of your sweat electrolyte loss. In addition to the Sports Performance Package, this package includes:

  • Sweat test kit and directions to perform the test on your own time and during preferred activity
  • Explanation of the results and recommendations on how to meet hydration and electrolyte needs while training and racing
